The Sagebrush
Ranch maintains the highest level of Safety from sexually transmitted
diseases (STD). The use of condoms is mandatory. Every working prostitute
must be initially tested by a state certified physician before they
are allowed to work in a legal brothel in the State of Nevada and
every week thereafter to insure the highest level of safety for
the general public. No working prostitute in a Nevada legal brothel
has ever tested positive for AIDS, not one. Other STDs have also
been reduced to almost non-existence in the legal prostitution establishments.
These statistics are because of the strict requirement of the mandatory
use of condoms in all sexual activities.
On the other hand to compare our safety standards to illegal prostitution
on the streets of Las Vegas, where there is no regulation, no safety
concerns and no mandatory use of condoms. Since 1988, according
to the Nevada Department of Health, there has been hundreds of illegal
prostitutes that have tested positive for AIDS.
Outside of martial sex or complete abstinence, legalized prostitution
in Nevada may be the safest sex in the world. It is for these reasons
that many communities are now reconsidering their laws regarding
prostitution.
